Service Description

We will be offering a chair yoga class on Friday mornings at 10:30am. This class is a gentle yoga class with an emphasis on stretching and strengthening movements while seated in a chair. A portion of class will provide instruction on the option to use a chair for support with select standing postures. This class will finished with a seated meditation and breathing practice.
