Service Description

Yoga releases stress and will help keep you physically, mentally and emotionally healthy and fit. Whether you are a beginner or experienced student, this class with help you become stronger and improve your balance and flexibility. We practice traditional yoga poses, breath-work for health and end with relaxation/meditation. Chair instruction is offered during this class. Classes will be held on Wednesday from 10:00-11:15 and the cost for September will be $15.00 for a 5 week session.
