Service Description

TaijiFit is for everyone. There are no restrictions to physical abilities or age; anyone can follow along and move to what they see. There is nothing to learn, nothing to remember and you can not do it wrong! Just enjoy the gentle mindful movements that focus on the breath to bring your mind and body together as one. These simple exercises are good to lower blood pressure, increase your immune system as well as improve your balance all while having fun. TaijiFit will be held on Monday from 1:00-2:00. Cost will be $12.00 per 4 week session or $15 per 5 week session.
