FREE Reiki Demonstrations

Start the New Year off right with a wellness Reiki session. Reiki is a non-intrusive technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes holistic healing of the body, mind & spirit. Reiki can be administered through a gentle touch or a hovering of the hands above the fully clothed body. Clients may be sitting or lying. FREE 20 minute Reiki sessions will be offered on January 14, 21 & 28 from 10:30-12:30 on a first come, first serve basis. No need to register. Since Reiki involves sustained close contact a mask is recommended.
