Indoor pickleball is available to members for free at the times listed below. Please check the most recent newsletter for any changes.

Tai Chi
Unless otherwise noted in the newsletter, TaijiFit is offered every Monday from
1:00 pm - 2:00 pm.
All classes are $3 each,

Fit Yoga

Gentle Yoga

9:00 am - 10:15 am.

Strength Training
