Throughout the month, let us know what you resolved for 2022, and we will do our best to help you fulfill them on January 31! That Monday, we will be offering FREE exercise and wellness previews. Details will be available throughout the Center and on our fancy TV display in the lobby. Free salad lunch will be offered at noon - bring something healthy to share with everyone!
